Organize an Opportunity
We are in need of opportunities to make presentations at schools, churches, charities and businesses. Our range of presentations include an overview of Paper Houses and the Colonias, the Impact of the Drug Cartels upon the Colonias, The Impact of our changing immigration policies, our new Down syndrome project in the colonias, the Mission Experience, and opportunities for students to change the world. Our presentations vary in length from 10-minutes to 2-day seminars and workshops.
Speak with your schools, churches, charities and businesses to have us invited to make a presentation you are changing lives.
We have a unique 'first person' perspective and bring photo displays, video material and eye witness accounts to our presentations.
Churches typically permit us to speak in church halls and run information about our talk in church bulletins a few weeks before we arrive. Some churches invite us to speak to congregations during or after services.
Businesses, like the American Express offices in San Antonio, have invited us to speak to lunch groups at their main offices.
Schools have used us to speak during cafeteria time and to speak with students involved in social outreach programs.
Universities use us as presenters to professors and students.
